本實驗室使用半導體技術應用於微感測器設計與製作,融合材料科學、力學、電學及資訊技術,應用黃光微影製程與物理氣相沉積薄膜技術,致力於微感測器的精密設計與製造。
Our laboratory focuses on the design and fabrication of microsensors based on semiconductor technologies using photolithography, e-beam evaporation, and physical vapor deposition (PVD). Moreover, by integrating materials science, mechanics, and electronics, we are dedicated to the precise engineering, optimization, and manufacturing of high-performance microsensor devices.

We cultivate students’engineering competencies in semiconductor materials, signal processing, and programming, while developing their abilities in interdisciplinary system analysis and practical implementation. Vision
開發可量測「聲音、光線、溫/溼度、氣體濃度、風速風向、電磁場」等環境因子之高效能微感測器,以滿足不同領域的感測需求。
We aim to develop high-performance microsensors capable of measuring environmental factors including sound,light,temperature/humidity,gas concentration,flow meter,and electromagnetic fields,to address sensing requirements across diverse scientific and industrial domains.
